For all abayas we suggest that customers hand wash only and dry clean where you canHijabs can be machine washed but we suggest washing on delicate and lower temperatures.
Shipping & Returns
We offer Free Shipping on UK orders over £100 and international orders over $200 (USA/Canada) or £150 (Mainland Europe). Shipping costs for other regions are calculated at checkout.
UK Orders:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery within 1-2 working days for £5.99, as long as the order is placed by 3:30 pm (Mon - Fri).
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery within 2-3 working days for £4.99, as long as the order is placed by 3:30 pm (Mon - Fri).
- Free delivery on orders over £100 with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
USA and Canada Orders:
- Orders over $200 qualify for free DHL Express International shipping.
- Delivery within 5-7 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Orders must be placed by 3:30 pm (Mon - Fri) to ship the same day.
Mainland Europe Orders:
- Free shipping on orders over £150.
- Delivery within 3-7 working days via tracked standard shipping.
Rest of the World:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

For UK orders you will receive your order in 1-2 working days if you select Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service, and 2-3 working days for the Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service. For International customers, it will on average take 3-7 working days to deliver your order.

Don’t waste your time and money buying hijabs from here. The quality is not good, the jerseys are not lightweight, the small is too small and the standard size is too big. Getting a refund is a nightmare, the additional charges they add are ridiculous. I bought £32 worth of stuff and only got £9 back!!! Don’t bother with Hawaa, there are other companies that are much better
